It’s not always about the teeth.
Jaw clenching gets labeled as a dental issue…
but a lot of the time, it shows up when the body is holding more than it can move.
👉 Pressure builds
👉 Breath changes
👉 Tension shifts somewhere it can be managed
…and the jaw steps in.
Most people try to stop the clenching
without noticing when it happens… or what else is happening with it.
Because it’s not just clenching.
It’s a pattern.
Notice it… before trying to fix it.
